In Converve you can define the communication possibilities between users of different categories, in both directions individually. To do this, you use the Converve Meeting Matrix.

Users in one category are in one of four different relationships with users in all other categories, as well as their own.

  1. “-” (Invisible)

    – The users of this category are not visible to the user. Accordingly, interaction is not possible.

  2. ” view”
    – The users of this category are visible for the user and he can find them in the participants list, view their profiles and interact with the content of the profiles (pictures, video, downloads). Interaction with the user himself is not possible.
  3. “message & view”

    – In addition to the “view” status, the user can also write messages to the users of this category.
(This may be restricted by settings in the “Messages” section).

  4. “request”

    – In addition to the “message & view” status the user can send a request for a 1:1 meeting to the users of this category.  (This may be restricted by setting in the “Meeting Requests” section).
