When you use Slido as an embedded Q&A tool next to and embedded video for a workshop, you can auto forward the Username and Company of the User to the tool so they automatically appear with the right credentials.
This is how you set it up:
- Go to “Event Program Builder” → “Program”
- Find the Workshop that has Slido embedded, click on “edit”
- Scroll down to “Embedded code chat”
- Add the following URL parameters at the end of the embed code: ?user_name=%pers_name%&user_company=%comp_name%
- Repeat for every Workshop that has Slido embedded.
