After registration users can recieve a confirmation email. (By default they do)
If your platform uses the “Validation” procedure, users can recieve an automated confirmation for that as well (by default they do).
You can turn theses messages on / off.
- After registration, a mail should be sent to the participant confirming successful registration.
- In the backend go to Event Configuration -> E-Mail.
- Scroll to ‘E-mail after registration’ Scroll down and set the button to ‘true’Click save.
- After validating the profile, an info e-mail should be sent to the participant after his profile was validated.
- In the backend go to Event Configuration -> E-Mail.
- Please scroll to ‘E-mail after validation’ and set the button to ‘true’Click save.
- After rejecting a profile, an info e-mail should be sent to the participant after his profile was rejected.
- In the backend go to Event Configuration -> E-Mail.
- Please scroll to ‘E-mail after reject’ and set the button to ‘true’Click save.
