E-Mail Automations explained
Certain actions by a user can trigger an automated email. The content of these mails can be changed by the event admin.
Please note: It is possible for the same action to trigger different automations for different user categories.
(For example different “Registration Confirmations” for seller and buyer.)
Push Automations explained
Certain actions by a user can trigger an automated push automation that will be send to the users’ browser. It might trigger a notification on their computer / mobile device.
How to edit Automations
This is how you change the content of automations
- In the backend go to Automations
- At the top of the page select E-mail Automations or Push Automations
- You will see a list of all automations. (If a automation is greyed out, it is currently not being used.)
- Click on the name of an automation to open the editor and change it.
Please Note for Push Automations: As different devices have different character limits for notifications, we recommend that you do not exceed 30 characters in the titele and use a maximum of 65 characters in the notification for push notifications
