New attendees somtimes register a company that already exists. Now there is a need to merge the representatives of the two companies, so that they appear under one entity.
- Go to “EVENTNAME.converve.io/index.php?page=val_profile_comp_merge”
to enter the company merge area - Either use the filter or search directly for the companies you want to merge
- The first selection is the company you want to merge into the second selection, this company will DELETED.
- The second selection is the company the first one will be merged into. This company will REMAIN.
Once two companies have been merged, the old company is deleted permanently. This cannot be reversed.
Important:
The meetings of the second delegate will stay separate as long as they are connected to a product profile. But by deleting the connected product profile, you also will delete their meetings. You will see in the product profile, if there are meetings connected. In this case, you might want to shift the meetings of the second delegate to the first delegate first. Then delete the product profile of the second person. Only then you can also merge the two persons into one schedule, if needed.
