Converve Scheduling Methods
Converve offers the three basic methods for scheduling meetings:
PSA (Pre- Scheduled Appointments)
Reverse PSA
One Click System.
Your Converve Project Manager may assist in determining the most suitable setup for your event.
PSA
The PSA System allows users to directly request a meeting with a potential meeting partner at a specified date and time.
Reverse PSA System
The Reverse PSA System is similar to the PSA system, in that users submit direct meeting requests to prospective meeting partners. However, the meeting is requested without a timeslot. The accepting party sets the date and time. This is a less common meeting scheduling system.
One Click System
The One Click System allows users to submit a wish list of meeting requests during a window of time (example: 2-week window). Users may prioritize requests in order of preferred scheduling priority A, B, or C.
After the initial period your Converve Project Manager, using the MyMatch algorithms, helps you generate an ideal meeting schedules based on the pool of submitted requests and their priority ratings.
Some things to note:

Converve can add additional parameters to the algorithm to create your own uniquey MyMatch algorithm.
Your Converve Project Manager can tell you more. -
There are no direct meeting requests between users through the One Click System.

Before the schedule is released, event organizers can approve it and also make changes by adding, moving and deleting meetings.

User wish lists and priorities are not shown to other users even after the schedule is released.
You may choose to combine two scheduling methods through the stages of your meeting scheduling. Example: You may do an original round of scheduling using the One Click System, followed by a second round of direct scheduling using the PSA System method.
